After a 15.5hr. fast I had brunch. It consisted of chopped golden potatoes and yellow onion, no added salt pinto beans, and a medium egg. This vegetarian meal came with a cup of freshly brewed coffee (cinnamon hazelnut)+agave low glycemic sweetener. I also enjoyed a low carb while wheat tortilla. And let's not forget H2O 16.9 fl oz. The wonderful meal was made with.. you guessed it water!😊 No Oil Added! It yield 470 cal.

Yesterday I was back on the trail. Powered walked 4.27 miles at 54°temperatures. Sad to say that it has been 3 weekssince my last walk. My favorite trails have been tainted with multiple assault of female runners/ walkers. I pray for the families affected. 🙏🗝This had made it hard for me to get out there. These are difficult times we are living in [Texas]but we must be strong and stick together as a community. Prayer is always welcomed. Til next time FS family. Be well and stay healthy!
