ok so today is day 2 of going back on a diet. no fast food and cutting way back on processed foods. I'm so hungry right now I could eat my desk. I know it just because my body want all that crap, but I really hope this goes away in the next few days.

Drink more water, I find it helps or try snaking on health alternatives. Watermelon and granola bars tend to fill me up.

When I cut back on processed junk, I satisfied my hunger by eating high protein foods and like tampico said, drinking lots of water. I always felt full and satiated.
