Day 66. I'm really happy with my progress so far. I even tried on my old jeans the other day and they fit! So that was really exciting. I need to kick the exercise up a notch or two, though. I didn't work out at all last week (pretty busy/stressed with midterms and a new job), and this week I've been pretty lazy about exercising. I'd like to play some kind of team sport because I'm more motivated to work hard when I'm doing something competitive. Maybe when the snow melts I can try to talk my friends into playing ultimate Frisbee or soccer with me. At least it'd be a start!
