Its time to lower my projected calorie intake again! I try my best to count every little calorie! Weight is slowly coming off and will weigh in when I go to the doctor this week. I added more fruit and cottage cheese to my diet hoping to increase my protein count ( not much of a meat eater). I am currently way below my projected calorie intake (1350) avg less than 1100 (new goal) monthly avg intake for Oct is 925. I only reached over 1000 but less than 1100 7 days this month. I have to go get shots( medical treatment) every other week weight loss has been a lb or a little over each time and was getting discouraged as I figured out I would only lose 24 lbs a year at this rate it doesn't help knowing that 7 of my 8 daily meds, my once a week meds, and shots every other week side effects is weight gain. It has been a battle hard to do much of anything in the wheelchair chair I do pt daily, mostly I just sit in the wheelchair or liftchair,on the computer or brushing out 1 of my yorkies (10 total). I am thankful that myfatsecret was recommended and to all the wonderful friends it has helped me be honest with myself and although it slow the weight is coming off

I have a hard time getting enough protein as well. Most people have no problem. I'll have a glass of skim milk - 8 oz of milk is 8 grams of protein. Scrambled eggs too - 6 grams of protein approx. per egg. My doctor has suggested eating more beans, but I'm not crazy about them. I also do IF - I usually stop eating between 2-3pm and that has really helped with the weight loss.
