REGROUPING..goood monday morning..did alot of thinking yesterday..mostly about trying to log better on the food menu..i eat more or less same each day..usually have one day i might eat differently..but on the average same food...like everything a habit...decided to weigh in today..been 22 days since my last weigh in..i dont gain or lose like i once did..whats up today..could be down tomorrow.. scales are down today compared to yesterday..knew it wasnt anything to loose sleep over..for me sometimes the up swing is just not having pooped yet when i weigh in..
