76,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 14,6 kg.    Aún para ir: 6,4 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
Ganando 0,5 kg a la Semana

Trying not to panic... deliberately taking a break to try to're-set' my weight - a 'check-point'....i knew it would climb slightly.

You are right not to panic. I think its good to relax and live while on your journey. Good for your mind as well as your metabolism. Your weight will drop again once you get back onto the weight loss train. I found building in a day or two to relax the diet or have a special treat when I reached certain weight loss goals along the way also gave my metabolism the jolt it needed to move along again instead of plateauing for weeks. The result was that every week I lost weight for nearly a year. Good on you for taking control of your journey. Onwards and downwards Vicklee. ❤
