SO, I have decided to start on a low cardohydrate diet for the time being and see how it goes. Since I want to cut down significantly on my sugar intake to help with my acne breakouts, and also be careful about my sensitivity to wheat, I figure this is a great way to do so. Today I had no wheat, but I did cave to a small piece of fudge. There are 2 Domino's Pizzas in the fridge, and I haven't had ANY so, that's a really big step for me. I read that on Atkins you're supposed to take in 20 carbs per day for 2 weeks. I am at 20.66 for the day! That's great! Anyway, wish me luck on tomorrow, day 2. I hope to weigh in next week to see how it's going.

Good luck to you!!! Pizza is really hard to give up, but think of it this way...if you really crave it - heat up a piece and eat everything but the crust! It's everything but the carbs. (Don't eat too much of the sauce, has sugar.)
