weeks training:
7 x 30min cycling
1 x 39min run
2 x 20min Row 2 x 30min Row
no weight training still suffering from pain in shoulder. No parkrun either.
losing those last few kg has been tough. dropped b4 weigh-in but added weight again at weigh-in.
