Diario de cndgoose, 01 ene. 08

Well, doing fine on day two, but am considering a different strategy. I love SB and I KNOW it works (I love when I get past the carb cravings, that in itself is true success) but I was looking at another website today and it gives a personalized meal plan AND a shopping list (VERY CONVENIENT!). I think I might give it a try because I have a terrible time with variety and limiting portions. If I don't follow the SB menus, I tend to stick to a few approved items...so I don't get a variety of nutrients, and I don't limit quantity. I think by going with this other plan, I can learn to eat properly...although I think the weight lose will be slower, it will be better in the long run. Anyone else use SPARK?

I know you will be successful because you're making the effort to find what will work for YOU!! Happy new year! Im no good at following menu plans. I don't always like whats on the menu or I can't stick to it. Good luck to you! Sounds like you enjoy having menus planned for you. Haven't heard of SPARK but have tried other diets with meal plans and even the computer menu plan that lets you "change" things. Didn't work for me.

Thanks everyone, I agree, I think finding something that'll work for me in the longterm is best. I can always go back to SB after a week or so if I don't feel good about the new plan. It's at www.sparkpeople.com
