Happy New Year to all my buddies! Well it’s been some time since I journaled. I have been having a having a real tough time watching my calories because of the holidays and I spent 3 days in the car, traveling from CT to FL (we are what they call snowbirds). I guess I have gained some weight and I just don’t want to record it. Now I’m settled and ready to get back on track. I have joined a gym here in FL, for the 3 months that I will be here.

Thanks to all my buddies who were concerned about my absence. You are all a great support system, loving and caring. I love you all. I have never been so successful on any diet, and I owe it all to you. Thanks so much.

HAPPY NEW YEAR..what a way to start off the new year right..watching your calories and starting at a gym to burn off the calories..just stay focused and hit that goal ...you can do it...

How do you like the gym you joined? When I'm in the car even for a day I find it hard to eat right. Guess we should pack better!
