Enjoying my week off of work this week. Don't have to go back until April 9th. Glad my first week of maintenance coincidentally fell at this time as these holidays were booked a long time ago! It helps that I have been at home with access to all foods and to this site. I am starting to feel more comfortable with the increase in calories.....I feel full but not as fearful! LOL I have been on here constantly entering my food, recipes and looking at other recipes. My weight came back down slightly to within a pound of day 1. By the time I have to go back to work, I should be able to pack enough food for the day away from home and know what it is I am doing! Thanks to everyone for all the messages, advise and support on this site. My friend Cherie, who I work with, has also been an huge help and I couldn't have done this without her!

Well off to finally do some long awaited painting in our guest room - I am excited to see the colour I picked out actually come to life on the walls! ;)
