This is the end of my 1st of 10 weeks plan. I did ok. I see some places I need to work on.

1. 2.4 LBS total week
2. 14 netcarbs over for week(work on)
3. avag 4 ser. sweetener
4. 1839 salt day average
5. 448 oz water
6. 1 hr 20mins exercise for week(add more time)
7. 7 Hrs MOM TIME

Looking at these totals for the week. I need to work on lowing my net carbs some. I also want to add some more exercise time to my day. Not bad overall For the 1st week.
