I've almost made it to the end of Day one, Phase one!! I almost buckled a few times, like when the husband and kids were eating double chocolate popcorn...but one thought of those nasty before pictures and I was back in control!! I can't wait for next week, I don't want to weight myself before then. I have a new scale too, it shows fat %, bone weight, water %, muscle %, and total weight. It's nice to have additional measures to watch. Didn't go to the gym today, they don't have child care on Sundays. But I'll be there tomorrow! Have a great night everyone! I'm snacky so I'm off to have a small slice of mozza :)

YEAH for you! Let me know how you like your scale, my husband was telling me about those. You're going to do awesome. Remember this too, it helps when you're getting through the first phase. Say it out loud and repeat as needed: "NOTHING TASTE AS GOOD AS THIN FEELS....NOTHING TASTE AS GOOD AS THIN FEELS!"

Oh, and so far I like the scale...I look much fatter than my husband, but we are approximately the same % over in fat, and under % in water...so it shows we both have work to do!! Plus I bought the scale at Costco (my favorite store), so it was only like $30!

I'm telling you, I said that over and over in my head and out loud, and I never once cheated. One time I was saying it over and over out loud and my dog started running around not knowing what to do, thought I had lost my mind. But it worked. NOTHING TASTE AS GOOD AS THIN FEELS. You WILL do this!
