LOVE THE COOKBOOK!! I use it every night for dinner! Haven't tried the recipes with the soup mix though. Maybe just look for low sodium soup, if there are any. =0) 

That's what I thought. I just don't feel like buying the soup from the center. I know that it will be a lot more expensive than a substitute from the store. Do you have any favorite recipes. 

I agree with readytolose.....i just look for all things reduced salt and fat in products, thats gotta be better than anything else. 

I have some of those LA soups (as I didn't like them). If you are in Australia, I'm happy to send them to you. I have the chicken ones. 

The last time at the center I picked up a box of the dried soup. I could get that in place of my box of bars. I'll give them a try. I have really liked all of the recipes I've tried so far. Hopefully the ones with the soup will be just as good.
