So I'm not one for keeping a journal but honestly, I need to vent.... It's coming up to my 1 month anniversary with FS and I feel like I'm at a standstill. I did great in week one, losing 4.6lb. It was a huge motivator to keep going and stick to the plan but sadly, I haven't lost anything since then.
I just don't get it... I'm sticking within my WW points and even joined a boot camp this week, so I'm starting to exercise now. Heck, I've only had 4 cans of soda in the past 2 weeks (I used to have 4 a day!) I'm beginning to think my weighing scales only start at 160... maybe that's the lowest they go ;-)
Starting to get frustrated and disillusioned with this whole weight loss thing.... *sigh*..... Maybe I'm just too impatient... Well, if it only takes 5 mins to eat a bar of chocolate, shouldn't it only take 5 mins to work it off? LOL ;-)
