HMM I seem to have stalled this week. My weight and measurements stayed the same. I started my ToM on Monday and still have it, so that might be partially to blame. Looking back at my food journal I definitely pushed the envelope on my allowed foods. This week I will be more strict and get my exercise up again.

New Measurements:
Chest: 41"
Waist: 45"
Hips: 46"
