Wow, March flew by. It wasn't that great of a month.. I didn't make the improvements that I planned... so, I'm making April my month. I have been pretty iffy on my dieting and exercise this week - just wasn't much in the mood. But, today marks a new beginning. I want so badly to lose more weight and definitely some more inches. Going to start sticking to my morning and evening workout, when I am able to - and refuse to allow myself to make up excuses for me not to do it. I'm a pro at making up excuses - definitely need to stop that.\

I have also noticed that my bras are now too large. But, I'm not buying new ones just yet. Going to wait just a few more weeks, to see what other progress I can make. Hate wasting money on something like that when I'll just need to buy smaller ones again soon anyway...

I am really excited about April. The warmer weather, the pretty flowers, and the opportunities that I will have this month to do new things.

I have two months before my one year anniversary - and in these next 2 months before my anniversary, I AM GOING TO seriously kick my own butt into better shape.

I'm going to go an extra step to make it a goal to stay away from snacking on junk foods... sometimes I snack on a little here and there, but here's to my first week of absolutely no junk food! :) I'll definitely keep FS updated on my progress.
