Diario de loosinisfun, 29 dic. 07

day 211...32 outside..with wind chill down to 27..gettin ready for my morning walk...the temp sounds cold, but by dressin in layers, puttin on all the needed clothes, i really dont notice the cold, in fact usually by the time i get home and take off my sweatshirt jackets, my tshirt is wet from sweating..even though i take a walkman and some upbeat music, for me walking in the morning is when i can clear my mind to think about what ive read online about weight loss or eating, or just about anything..the fresh air, the smell of wood in the fireplace..well i need to eat breakfast, and get ready...catch everyone later ..hve a great workout and a great day...
