Diario de fallingoff, 28 dic. 07

9:20am - Still eating breakfast. I got into the office about an hour late. Had to take a friend to the airport. I had my coffee driving in which I think curbed my hunger. When I started eating, I didn't feel famished but it's abnormal for me not to eat by this time. So I'm eating 2 whole grain slices of bread with about 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter. This would be better with some banana slices but this will have to do. With it I'm having a mug of hot green tea.

Today, I'm more prepared for my afternoon cravings. I brought in peanut butter and celery sticks. That should be good snack to get me home and still have a great dinner.

Last night, my husband and I along with some guests went to eat Thai food. I think I did ok. I didn't overeat but I did have a little bit of everything. I'm sure everything we had on the table was fattening so I at least stuck to mainly vegetables with some brown rice on my plate. I checked the scale this morning and I didn't gain weight, in fact, I lost about a quarter of a pound. This may be the reason why I wasn't that hungry when I got up this morning, plus, I was distracted by our guests.
