Diario de loosinisfun, 28 dic. 07

day 210..another month almost over with..another month to keep on track ...37 this morning..gettin ready to go for my morning walk..i worked out so hard yesterday i ran outta energy at 5pm and went to bed and slept till midnight..got up to p, went bck to bed and slept till my usual 430am...today i will drink 2 protein shakes to get enough protein in me, so i dont wear out so soon...lol...hope evryone has a great day and a great workout ...its all about burnin the calories and watchin your food intake...

day 210a..was rainin here this morning..so no walk, i was disappointed..so went to gym and got on elliptical for 45 minutes..then started on my routine..i was draggin when i left gym again today..a good kind of draggin..lol..

wow! Dude, you are working it! Getting enough sleep is important. Wish I could sleep better

maybe you should consider taking some vitamins, especially IRON! :) with as much weight as you are losing, I wouldn't doubt that you are a little low on the essentials.
