Bleh, today just isn't inspiring... I'm really feeling a lack of motivation to work out. I mean, I guess it's been a while since I had a day off, but Saturday's hike wasn't that challenging... I don't know. I'm feeling guilty. I'm hoping I'll get a second wind later tonight and at least play the Wii Active for like 20 minutes. My knee is still healing but I'm pushing the workouts. I wanted to splice in my DVDs with the Wii but... the Wii is so much more fun! Plus I've been doing the other 3 DVDs I have so long that I have them pretty much memorized.

Mrrrr. I don't like feeling guilty. Still WELL below my calories for the day so far. Anyway. Just talking it out because I feel like a lump today. Literally, I slept, went to class, took my cat to the vet, went to the pet store, slept, woke up, ate dinner and have now been on my laptop for like almost an hour. Crap. I'm lazy! HELP! I need some motivation.

Lol...I like your random rant - it's cute. DON'T FEEL GUILTY! The greatest thing about dieting is the fact that every second that passes is another second that you can change it and get back on track. If you don't want to work out today, give yourself a break but don't beat yourself up about it. You're doing great and you just got here! :)

Hey there - don't bother feeling guilty. Either take the day off and know your body needs to heal, or turn on the Wii with the intent of doing just a few minutes of it. I've actually tricked myself into working out a few times by doing that. But guilt? Don't kick yourself. Geez, you've lost what? Nine pounds in THREE weeks? Did I get that right? I've been plugging away at this since the end of Dec. and have lost nine pounds. Be proud of yourself!
