Diario de lilraisin, 02 jul. 07

Im maintaining very well. But Im going back on Phase 1 for a week, i feel my sugar is out of control. Im sure this will put me back on the right track and get me losing again. Ive stayed the same and ate like a normal person, so i feel my habits are changing for the good. But i still would like to hit my goal weight eventually.
thats all for now... Ill weigh in again next sunday.

It seems possible that a more regular weighing in schedule might help you approach your goal more consistently. Outside of this site I keep daily records about how I have or have not worked towards my exercise, diet and other lifestyle goals. The fact that I enter them in everyday really helps me stick with my plan from day to day. Also, it seems like it can be really hard to make consistent progress towards your goal if the goal is to get rid of the last couple pesky pounds. To reach that goal, you might replace it with the goal of building up a really good record of actions towards that goal, exercise, diet, etc. Anyways-- keep plugging away. I am sure that you will make it!
