It seems possible that a more regular weighing in schedule might help you approach your goal more consistently. Outside of this site I keep daily records about how I have or have not worked towards my exercise, diet and other lifestyle goals. The fact that I enter them in everyday really helps me stick with my plan from day to day. Also, it seems like it can be really hard to make consistent progress towards your goal if the goal is to get rid of the last couple pesky pounds. To reach that goal, you might replace it with the goal of building up a really good record of actions towards that goal, exercise, diet, etc. Anyways-- keep plugging away. I am sure that you will make it!
