Keep up the good work. And don't worry about slipping here & there. I don't think there's a person on here that hasn't slipped on their diet. The bottom line is, don't let the "slip days" frustrate you to the point where you feel you are failing & should give up. I have plenty of slip days too but on those same days I still make effort to eat something healthy. In fact on Christmas Eve I ate like a horse...a big piece of fattening pie & cake before a unhealthy dinner. But my breakfast was a healthy meal & my lunch was healthy meal. I also had 4 pieces of fruit/veggies throughout the day, plus I got my exercise in (3 mile run)a couple hours before dinner. So I'm like, who cares about the cake, pie, & the dinner? Didn't phase me a bit. And Christmas I ate heathly and small portion and did my workouts as usual. So just make certain you do the things you suppose to do and don't let slip days get you down. You seem to be on the right track & with good attitude so I think you'll do great! Take care
