Fasted for most of the day, then whipped up a healthy, modest dinner. Embarking on a pseudo detox regimen, including Nature's Secret 30-day Multi-Herb + Multi-Fiber tablets and lots of tea (fasting, green, herbal), hot lemon water, soups, and veggies and protein. Placed an order for Renew-Life Multi-Greens Liquid and Agar powder, too. Surprisingly, I'm not that hungry after yesterday. Didn't go snowboarding as I'd hoped, so tomorrow will be a rigorous day either on the mountain or in the gym.

There are some interesting tools in that list. I'm a great fan of detoxing and limited fasting in general. Perhaps it's time I do one as well with some of the interesting tools you have mentioned. Please post back with the results of your progress. Happy New Year!
