I just want to remind myself I guess...

I'm putting my all into doing this. I'm really hoping this won't be a couple-month thing. I'm trying to be really dedicated to not only dieting, but learning to eat better things. I guess the real issue is learning to CRAVE better things.

I think I've been doing pretty damn good, but when I read about someone on here whose doing like 1.5-2 hours of exercise, and I'm doing like 40-60 minutes a day, I feel like I'm a slack off. I need to learn to stop beating myself up about it.

I'm starting to like working out, esp. now with the Wii Active thing. I mean, I hate the running kick ups but it's still fun!! It tires me out and I hope it can help me build endurance. I guess I don't feel like I need to push myself to my death point every time I work out, and I hope I'm not wrong about that. I want it to be fun so I can get myself into the habit of doing it.

I still love food. I eat late at night, but I don't go over my calories. Hell, I usually eat about 300 calories LESS than my 1500 calorie diet... Sometimes I feel bad if I eat 1400 calories, even if I've burned over 2300 that day. These things I need to work on mentally. I hope the scale will help me with my demons.

Anyway, just felt the need to vent. I wish there was some sort of chat feature on here... sometimes I feel the need to just talk to someone about dieting and how good it can be and how bad it can be, lol
