Diario de spolson, 25 mar. 12

Ok, things have not gone as planned. I am a Girl Scout Leader and it has been cookie season. I did really well for the first few weeks but as we had to do longer hours at booth sales and not enough time to shop or cook, my eating has not been as it should be. I have put several pounds on, not sure how much is weight from eating and/or water weight. I did not take my prescribed water pills due to not being able to leave the booth so I know some of this is water weight as my hands/feet are swollen. I did not have a booth today so I have been able to eat on plan and went to the store to stock up on food again. Now I just hope I can get back on track and stay that way.

Tough having to be busy in three or four places at once. Hopefully, things have calmed down now and you can go back on the diet. I'm a sucker for GS cookies and will buy a box or two from individuals or at tables outside stores if I can't give them a donation equal to the amount of purchase. Glad my wife loves them or we'd have well aged do si do's.
