So I lost a couple pounds this week instead of inches! And I'm due for my ToM this week, so next week should yield some water weight loss as well.

In stead of going back to Induction I decided to just stay where I am. After my detox, I've been having around 35g Net Carbs a day and working out a little harder each day and I feel great! My energy is back, my muscles aren't as achy. I'll see where I am in 2 weeks to see if 35g really works for me... If I stall I know to cut back or reevaluate what I'm putting in my mouth.. or both :)
