Diario de i3iasi, 22 mar. 12

I ended my 3 day detox with a big bang :( I had dessert with my kids. We shared a blondie 5 ways. I feel a little guilty about it right now, but I know tomorrow I'll be right back on my diet and exercising.

One day out of 5 weeks should be too bad. Usually I cheat a lot earlier and consistently. This is my reward for being so good. I won't give myself another until after 6 weeks next time. YAY ME!

wow I'd love to try the detox-does it work?? maybe I will plan that next week...let me know how it goes...I want to lose some pounds mine are being stubborn.
