day 206..48 outside...went for my morning walk..thoght i better take it today..another storm movin in later today..with chances of rain changin over to snow...o boy more shovelin...hahahaha...i use to hate shovelin, but now that im droppin weight i look at it as a great
way to work off calories..monday i start my new workout routine..i will put it in my monday journal..its strickly for upper part..ive been workin on everything below the belt for last 6 months..now im gonna change and work out on the upper part more..there will still be cardio to work all of it...gonna just do curls today..day off from gym...rest up for mondays new routine...

Oh wow!! You're body is gonna be like, "huh?"! lol It'll start dropping like crazy and then.... just wait til you start working the whole body in one session!! Can ya say "melt"?!?! =D lol You're doing soooo awesome!! RIDE baby, RIDE!!!
