ok. Not going to make my mini goal by christmas. Was really hoping so. TOM was this week and weight isn't comming off like I was hoping it was going to. haven't gained, but haven't lost either. Then with christmas comming and visting family its going to be hard to just maintain.
Everyone on here is giving really good tips of how to just maintain. I'm going to try some and see how it works. Then hit it hard after christmas. Going to really get back to running too. Just haven't had the motivation to excersice.
OK gotta get children off to preschool. Then going to clean house and cook for the weekends festivites spelling sorry.
