Back on track again thank goodness. I weighed in at 95.1 this morning so only 100 g to lose to my first weight goal

So pleased with myself. I haven't seen the 95 number in at least 3 years!!!
Managed an hours walk today so I am going to up my walk target from 30 mins 7 days a week to 45 for the same number of days.
I AM REALLY DOING THIS!!!! GO ME!!
