Back on track again thank goodness. I weighed in at 95.1 this morning so only 100 g to lose to my first weight goal

Started 8 weeks ago at:-

98.9 Kilos ( 218 pounds )
Current weight 95.2 " ( 209.5+ " )
First goal 95 " ( 209.5- " )

So pleased with myself. I haven't seen the 95 number in at least 3 years!!!

Managed an hours walk today so I am going to up my walk target from 30 mins 7 days a week to 45 for the same number of days.

I AM REALLY DOING THIS!!!! GO ME!!
