13 days left until my 3 weeks maintenance begins! I can hardly wait to plan my nutrition to include different combinations of food to pair with my proteins and veggies - bringing back the good fats, dairy and nuts etc! I really missed my morning yogurt and nuts the most but in the end it will have only been 48 days to wait which is really only a short amount of time - it went really fast for me I can hardly beleive it!
This diet was way easier than I thought. I had no desire to cheat and haven't, and I have seen some great results giving me the jump start I feel I needed to help motivate me! I have also developed a new love for my spice rack and have been amazed at how many flavours without oils or sugars that you can actually make work really well with just about anything!
