Diario de sallilas, 18 mar. 12

A reasonable day - the scales showed another 2lbs loss this week and I stayed within my limits, but have been seriously tempted to go over them with something sweet! I am soooo craving chocolate atm! :( I haven't done any 'real exercise today either, so feel a little lethargic - but felt I needed a day off, as I've worked really hard this week in the garden, the house and the gym, as well as at work - and it is Mother's day here, so treated myself with no hard work today instead of cake, biscuits or chocs! :)
