Hello Debbie, You invited comments, and so I looked at your food chart and quickly ascertained that your Carbs are waaaaaay too high. You should strive for max. 40 grams per day and in a couple of days you will be in a state of ketosis, which kills your desire for sweets and carbs. Keep natural peanut butter and cheeses for snacks. You will never be hungry.You'll lose 2 lbs per week for sure.
