Just recorded my food and excercise for yesterday (under today) anyway I had real eating binge; just couldn't get filled. Haven't really had one of those days in about 2 months. No more days like that I hope. Really does help to track everything you put in your mouth; then everything is in black and white. Stay strong everyone

I have those days once in a while...nothing seems to satisfy. You've done the right thing, record it all in your diary, move on...it does work...keep doing what you're doing as your weight graph looks AMAZING!!!
