I've got the final weigh in a work coming up. Since my vacation (last week), I put some weight back on, and I'm trying to get it off so I can win! (Need the money!)
So I'm thinking of doing a salt water flush. Any one ever tried it?

I think an infrared sauna would be better to lose the water weight (maybe do some jumping jacks while you're inside as well to lose more calories). As for the salt water flush, I think your body will try harder to retain water, since you'd be consuming a lot of sodium. Obviously these options are not good in the long term and could make you lose muscle and kill your metabolism, so I'd tread carefully. But that's just my 2 cents, do whatever you think is best!

The way it works is that the sodium is not absorbed. Its just for a quick bump in numbers, not long term loss.
