Feeling good this week! Changes are starting to come from all directions now, which is such a great motivator! I just feel great in every way, physically, mentally, and emotionally! I am in a great place and plan to keep myself here, no matter what obstacles or situations I have coming my way.
Weight wise, I am now into I size 20 pant instead of size 24 that I have been for quite some time now. I am seeing major changes in my body, so much more definition in almost all of my muscles. And the best part is everyday I feel like my tolerance goes up, like I can go stronger and longer. Even riding my bike is getting easier and easier! When I first started 15 minutes was almost torture and now 15 minutes is over before I know it, I love it!
Mentally, my mind is so clear and so focused on the task at hand. I feel great and I know that the reason I feel this great is because of my healthy choices. I really have to remember how great I feel when I eat right and don’t eat crap all the time. It’s like all the fuzzy-ness has lifted in my brain and I can think straight. I am kinda surprising myself how quick I actually am lol.
Emotionally, I feel like I am in control of every aspect of my life (which I don’t know if I have ever really felt before, which is kinda silly, I know, because who else would be in control of MY life). I feel happy and excited to be on this journey and for the first time, I feel like I have the power to take myself wherever I want to go! And that excites the sh*t out of me!! I wonder why I have never felt this power and control before? Oh well better late than never. I’m not going to ask questions about the past anymore, they are in the past for a reason. I will just leave them there and constantly move forward (because that’s all we can really do anyways). Life is good and from this point on I will be taking full advantage of it!
