First you need to find out what foods you can eat and will help lower high blood pressure while helping you lose weight. You might ask your doctor if he has a list, try googling it, or if you can afford it (consult a nutritionist to get yous started). There are plenty of low sodium foods that can be eaten and taste good. You might have to put them together yourself. I don't use salt very much any more, only when really needed. Good luck!
