Still stuck at 4 to 8 lb from goal. I am slooooowly loosing some inches though. Doing reasonably well with diet. An occasional meal with portions too large. Days with a few sweets that don't help.
BG numbers that don't make my Dr too angry with me.
Short term goals: Small portions, 3 meals a day at consistent times (tough). ONE square of chocolate a day! More days with a session on my exercise gadget.
77th birthday this Friday.
