I woke up extra early to prepare my egg whites for day 1 of Extreme Fat Smash. I followed the plan to the T until the receptionist sent me an email "You have a package" Much to my chargrin it was a chocolate tower.... and of course I devoured the chocolate covered almonds. I have a 55 minute workout this evening so I am going to work extra hard to burn those calories off. I am going to give the remainder of the candy to my co-workers!

A chocolate tower? Wow. Who sent you that? And chocolate covered almonds sound delicious! At least the almond part is healthy...good luck working it off tonight!

I feel your pain... we got a Godiva basket yesterday, and there were honestly 10 different chocolate covered items in it! Good thing for me that I have been blessed by the Diet Gods to HATE chocolate. I

One of my clients sent it to me. I was pleasantly surprised. Wow! You actually hate chocolate!? I love it! However, I can control my cravings until someone sends it right to me. I just couldn't be rude and not enjoy at least a little of it :)

I am both in awe of the chocolate tower which sounds FABULOUS and of mistytsim who must be one of the luckiest people on earth! Surely if you hate chocolate that's half your problem solved?! I wish the Diet Gods were that kind to me...! Good idea giving the rest to the co-workers - make them fat, and then you won't be! Good luck!

One of my bosses got a box of chocolate from a client today and put it right up on my shelf for the office to eat. Meeee too:( I only had 4 pieces though I could have had more. Hope it is all gone tomorrow. I am feeling especially weak this week.
