Well I am walking 30 minutes at least 7 days a week & watching my calories But although I got don to just below 96 Ks I am back up to 97!!! However I have lost some tummy fat so I am hoping it is all heading in the right direction!! Bit disheartening tho but I will keep on keeping on!!
