Man I was so close to going to Publix and getting a sub and some kettle chips! I'm still getting used to this drained feeling and I just wanted something with some substance...But I didn't want to let myself or my team down. If I had fallen weak, I would've ended up entering the eating/guilt/eating cycle again. So I had another salad, yogurt and a glass of water.

I think the sub and kettle chips would have made you feel stodgy. Thanks for being so good. I think you deserve some red meat soon! :)

At least you were able to restrain! You'll start feeling better, maybe it's just your body getting used to different foods and stuff...

What will power you have! SUPER JOB! I'm not on your diet so I'm not sure how to help you with that part, but it looks and sounds like you're doing an awesome job! Drinking water is a big key in any diet I think. Keep doing what you're doing as it's working for you! GOOD JOB!

Next time that happens, try some protein, low fat cheese or ricotta.....they say protein fills you faster and longer...
