Hey Guys,
TOM is here and I am tired an miserable. I'm just going to crawl back in my basement and go to sleep. I will be stronger tommorrow. I was suppose to be in military mode today but TOM isn't letting me do that.
Oh! the scale read 195.4 so I guess I'm a little upset about that too.
I hope everyone is doing well and I will check in tomorrow with a smile on my face.
