Diario de Gallimh, 08 mar. 12

Feeling really positive today (for a change!) ;-)
I resisted dessert lastnight (albeit only 60 cals), I'm down 1lb today (will probably be up again tomorrow) but most importantly, I've finally committed to some decent exercise.

Today, I'm meeting my friend at lunch and we'll go for a 2 - 4 mile walk; we're also going geocaching on Saturday and I finally scheduled a twice-weekly bootcamp sesssion with a personal trainer. It's only 30 mins per class but man, it's intense. I went to him last year before the honeymoon and he was brilliant. I'm embarrassed to be going back to him so much heavier than when I last saw him and also, it's going to be tough going getting the fitness levels up again. But I have to keep reminding myself though how wonderful I felt last year when I was fit.
