My weight is back up a little again today, although not as much as it was. I can see I am going to have to be very careful about portion control again from now on. Was a bit sloppy with that last night. Also I never had a chance to exercise yesterday, although considering all the heavy housework I did, it could be argues that all I did was exercise yesterday. I was certainly tired enough by the end of the day, but that is not gonna happen today. Exercise is a priority today.
No headaches yesterday or today. All seems to be going well with that again, although once again I have constipation, but not as severe I don't think. Another busy cleaning and prepping day today. So I had better get at it!
