Diario de 7mainedays, 23 feb. 10

Feeling frustrated again. The 1 pound I lost came off all at once. Maybe this week will be the same. I also ovulated this week. could that make you retain water?? I dont know, but I think I'm doing well, but the scale just isnt moving.I dont want to have to drop the points even more. Not sure what to think now.

Some people do bloat around ovulation. It should go away. Your body may just have it's own way of losing. I know one lady would lose one week, gain the next, lose again and gain. But the loss's were bigger than the gains, so she will eventually get to goal.

thanks for the encouragement. I've lost alot of weight before on this program. It came off about 2 pounds a week. So this slow going is very frustrating!
