After burning 400 calories last night and walking nearly 7 miles Ive gained weight? what gives ? It must be muscle I do feel slimmer this morning so thats good and Im possitive that Im doing well . On previous occations when I ve gained Ive just gone into melt down (eat all I can ) self destruction mode but this time it's different? don't know why . aw well maybe my rewards will come in a few days if I keep to my 1,600 food goal and keep execising the whooosh fairy will reward ! fingers crossed.x
