My appetite is CRAZY HARDCORE want to eat everything in sighttt...I've been trying to fight it but its so hard! I have to be strong-willed. Food isnt worth it...I've come so far.

I'm still at the same weight ...6 days now...

I had a pretty nice weekend though with Todd. My family really liked him. Even my grandma said "he is really cute, but could lose the lip ring" Lol. He is going to come spend the weekend with me this weekend. My family is going to be out of town so I am throwing a party. Gonna make a big thing of hunch punch.

I love the weekends...I hope monday-thursday goes by fast this week!

stay motivated and you do a great job! even if you're at the same weight for 6 days doesn't mean, you're doing it wrong. sometimes it just need some more time....and then: woosh. a HUGE weightloss! i'm sure you'll see that very soon. enjoy your weekend and have fun!

My appetite is always hardcore after the weekends- seeing everyone else all the yummy stuff you used to be able to eat. MAKES me SICK! LOL- but I also know that eating what I used to eat got me to where I am right now and I NO LONGER want to look like this! HUNCH PUNCH- is amazing! YUM!

6 days is no problem keep plugging along and you will continue to do great!! Yay that your family like your bf and yay for a weekend to look fwd too!! WHAT is hunch punch???? lol Sounds yum already!

hunch punch is everclear, vodka, malibu rum, fruit punch, and pineapple juice all mixed together in a big thing, sliced up fruit, and sometimes I put sprite in it. Gets a lot of people drunk for real cheap and it's pretty good.

That sounds super yum!! P.s. I love the lip ring comment LOL I put a nose ring, ring in over the wknd (normally I wear a stud) and my dad was like what is that thing LOL

lol. I love his lipring. It makes kissing a lot more interesting! I wish i could get my nose pierced too! But my grandma would literally MAKE me take it out.

Take it easy on the hunch punch this weekend.. I know when I was 22, I drank a LOT and we would make the same type of thing (called Jungle Juice, but no everclear) for parties and stuff - and now that I've limited myself to 1800 calories a day, I just can't justify having half of those calories be on alcohol and juice! And now that I've made myself feel really old (I'm only 27..) I will stop with the lecture. :) I'm sure you can make your own choices and you will be just fine!! Glad everything went well with your family meeting your bf.. that's always good! I totally hear you about having to take out a nose piercing.. my mom would freak out - she was not too excited about my belly button ring back in college...

Funny you guys should mention piercing...I just got my nose pierced on Friday. I've wanted to do it forever & finally did. I love it! Saw my mom on Saturday & she wasn't too excited, lol. The punch sounds yummy...I usually drink a couple weekends a month but I tend to stay away from mixed drinks just because of the calories (I'd rather eat calories than drink them). A few shots of Patron is plenty for me to get a good buzz without too many calories or the pesky hangover. I usuall will drink water & diet soda the rest of the night.

Hey...I just peeked at your diet calendar. That's not really all you're eating is it? If it is, then it's no wonder you're hungry. Keeping your calories up above 1200 will help you burn fat more efficiently, & if you exercise a lot, you should go even higher with an emphasis on protein to support your workouts. You'll find your workouts much more effective when you're properly fueled.

@erika lol I want to get my belly button pierced once I hit my goal weight and possibably another tattoo, and I don't drink a lot because I get drunk SOOOOOO fast. I don't drink often, but I am literally drunk off 1 drink...if I drink 2 drinks I am going to throw up...I sound like such a whimp. @kstubblefield. NO WAY thats not all I eat lol I just randomly enter something I've ate after I've eatn it...Yesterday I didnt do too amazing...I think this new birth control is giving me the munchies. Yesterday I ate SO MUCH...I had a sausage biscuit, a muffin, 2 chocolates, a chicken club sandwich with some curly fries...then a 6inch club from subway for dinner... I know my diet is card-FILLED disgusting...but I literally run off carbs. I've tried atkins before and I just fill miserable with migraines and I get shakey and just feel BAD. Today I'm getting back in the groove of my good diet. Had some yogurt and granola for breakfast and now I'll sip on crystal lite till I have my salad for lunch and then I'll eat whatever for dinner just small portions.

Oh I'm the same way with drinks - I had 4 drinks one Saturday night a few weeks ago and was in the bathroom puking at bar close... yikes! No more... I've been considering getting mine re-pierced (I took it out like 5 years ago because it was starting to get 'rejected' by my body..) - we'll see.. maybe it will be a goal-weight reward! I'm glad you're getting back in your groove today - it really sucks to have those days when you feel out of control with eating. Have a great day!
