I don't know how, but i'm starting to feel like myself again. I have able to get out of the house twice this week.
I did miss going the shops and walking around looking at stuff, window shopping and grabbing a bite to eat.
It was good. I'm sore from the hill that I have to walk up and down to get to the bus stop but that's my exercise.
Weight is still somewhat an issue but it hasn't bothered me as much this week.
