Thanks to that person who posted the link to http://www.locarbu.com/
a few weeks back. I ordered numerous Dixie Diner muffin mixes and to celebrate the end of 2 weeks induction, I made some Cinnamon Streusel muffins which are so yummy. They are 4 carbs per muffin so you have to stick to just one per day. I had just made my girls some Pillsbury Cinnabon cinnamon rolls so it was nice to be able to eat something almost as satisfying. BTW-there are no sugar alcohols in these mixes.
